ITS Korea carries out research and development activities in the area of ITS and various related fields, which include researches to support the establishment of national policy, commercial technology development for the growth of the ITS industry and other researches to introduce services useful for the daily lives of the people.

Main activities

The areas of major researches conducted proactively by ITS Korea include the development of policies and ITS services required for the central and local governments and public agencies to introduce ITS, foundation work of the national ITS standardization and national R&D required for promoting national ITS projects and practical R&Ds for the benefits and safety of the ITS industry and the people.
