Overview

The general assembly for ITS standards is an organization for the establishment and revision of Cooperation Group Standards for ITS (De factor Standards) and supports the development of national standards and standards necessary for the ITS industry. In other words, it develops standards for various fields related to H/W and S/W specifications and interface, test procedure and method for ITS construction projects.

Main activities

The general assembly for ITS standards is operated in accordance with Article 24 (General assembly for ITS standards) of the Articles of Association of ITS Korea. The general assembly for ITS standards consists of regular participating companies, support groups and special committee members and its organization and main activities are as follows;

Main responsibilities

• Review and establishment of Cooperation Group Standards for ITS
• Selection of standardization tasks and review of standard drafts
• Development of standards through the activities of working groups
