Kapsch TrafficCom IVHS Inc, the USA subsidiary of Kapsch TrafficCom AG, has announced that it plans to publish its Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) specification, which is used in the company’s equipment that it supplies to the E-ZPass Group and other customers throughout North America.
