<p>Inrix has released its free ‘Traffic’ application on Microsoft’s new Windows 8 operating system for tablets, PCs and Windows Phone. The app provides real-time crowd-sourced information on the latest traffic conditions and predicts traffic forecasts for over a million miles of highways, city streets and other heavily travelled roads across the USA.
